Oh Zit!
That’s right – the dreaded zit! It is a rule that 9 out of 10 brides at her bridal (or any lady before her portrait sitting) is required to have a zit pop up on her forehead the morning of her photography session. If you are that fortunate 10% (or the far more fortunate 1% who never experiences temporary blemishes), a pimple is not an issue. However, many women will develop a blemish (foreheads are the most popular locations, followed by cheeks, noses and chins) just prior to their bridal.
DON’T WORRY!
Professional photographers have specialized software tools where such issues can be easily dealt with. SO – DON’T WORRY! Even if you have a blemish, go to your portrait session and have fun! Don’t let self-consciousness get in the way of enjoying your time with your photographer. Your final images will look more natural if you just don’t worry about it! The zit is easy for a photographer to erase; a worried expression is not!
