Pamela’s & Rich’s Wedding
Wow! What a perfect day for a garden wedding and garden reception! Sunny, not to warm, not too cool, everything was just perfect! Everyone was tired at the end of the day – Rich & Pamela had their wedding at Great Oaks Manor – a great Bed & Breakfast for kicking back and relaxing after their wedding before heading off on their honeymoon…
I’ll be getting more images up ASAP.

Sarah & Justin
What great people! Here’s just the first of the wonderful images we got on our play-date in the Woodlands. Look on the Gallery link (top menu, far left) for more great images of Sarah & Justin. You can also view them as a slideshow!

Trash that Dress!!
Recently on the Today Show they did a feature on a new really fun trend in wedding photography called “Trash the Dress” (TtD) that mentions John Michael Cooper, the Godfather of the Trash the Dress genre. Anyone who knows me knows I never soil my TV with MSNBC or my PC with it’s equivilent. However, I AM a John Michael Cooper fan. Here is one of his hotter TtD images:
One of my brides, the lovely Laura H., is actually buying a second inexpensive gown to do a TtD BEFORE the her wedding, so we can display it AT their big fat Aggie wedding coming up in April of 2010 (no worries Rand – the matches & kerosine will be left at home)! This is a fun watch:
Update – Check out my early April 2010 posts of Laura’s TTD session!

The Waterfall
As Rich, Pamela and I were out taking photos at random settings, we found a gorgeous park in a little neighborhood. I’ve already had a number of people ask to have portraits done here. I definitely need to bring walkie-talkies with me next time, since at the distance I shoot at and the sound of the water there’s no other efficient way to give directions. I can’t pick my favorite. See what you think…
There’s a few more photographs or Pamela and Rich which were taken at this location, but without the waterfall, which I will post in the next few days.
